Engadin St. Moritz is the world’s oldest ski tourism region, tracing its origins to 1864, when Johannes Badrutt pioneered winter tourism. With its unique history and tradition, as well as having hosted two Winter Olympic Games and five World Ski Championships, St. Moritz boasts a one-of-a-kind sporting legacy. Engadin St. Moritz Mountains recognizes the great significance of this legacy and, as a company, is constantly striving to carry this prestigious history forward into the future through its entire corporate structure and culture.

Facts & Figures

On the Corviglia and Muottas Muragl mountains, as well as at the company’s two hotels (ALL IN ONE HOTEL INN LODGE and Romantik Hotel Muottas Muragl), approximately 200 employees are employed by Engadin St. Moritz Mountains AG year-round; During the winter season, the number rises to 460, and in the summer, it totals 210. The wide range of job responsibilities includes positions in technical services, slope maintenance, SOS, food service, hospitality, marketing, and accounting/contract management. Given the diversity of the skill sets required, Engadin St. Moritz Mountains is one of the cornerstones of the Engadin economy.
